This is a critical moment to stand up and side with justice — and humanity.

DEA fools arrested more than 100 people in a nightclub — people who committed no crime. The DEA workers are committing the crime.

Like any nation, we have multiple organizations charged with enforcing the rules and the laws. When the laws are just, the actions of these organizations can be beneficial. They have the ability to serve and protect.

But even at their best, by their very nature, these organizations and the people who work for them are subject to error, corruption and they sometimes use their power for abuse.

In the United States, that has never been more true than today.

The Enforcers Are Enforcing Tyranny

ICE mercenaries are kidnapping children. They are also kidnapping adults and shipping them to torture prisons in El Salvador. Federal Marshal mercenaries are arresting judges. And what kind of soulless mercenaries performed forced sterilizations on brown people at the behest of the first Trump administration?

This isn’t new. It’s just more widespread in its scope and targets. Police mercenaries have been shooting and killing black people for a long, long time. Well documented cases, filmed and shared for the world to see, showed everyone what the American systems had become and what the American people would tolerate.

The Trump administration is ordering the current collection of atrocities. But paid fools—people who ought to know better—are carrying them out.

These people are at a crossroads: they can resign or, better yet, disobey and stand up to a tyrant. Or they can continue their complicity, forever drawing deserved shame upon themselves when they had a better alternative.

Following orders IS complicity.

Who Are You? WHAT Are You?

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Department of Homeland Security. Police. Military. Federal Marshals. Secret Service. National Guards. Who else? Who am I missing?

Nobody who is employed by these agencies should be carrying out the orders of a tyrant. They should never abuse people, commit acts of violence, or bully them. If they have any honor, they must serve and protect The People, and never The Tyrant.

I understand that it’s hard to stand up and do the right thing when your peers are “doing their jobs.” But you know better. You just need the courage of your convictions.

You need to remember your loved ones, your honor, and your actual duty. You need to find your moral compass and let your conscience guide your action. We are not diminishing the forces acting on you. We understand it’s hard.

What you must do requires backbone and courage. You are called upon by history to do the right things, right now, at this critical moment.

Good Will Triumph and A Reckoning Will Come

So far, the personal responsibility of armed enforcers has been obscured as attention is focused on the tyrant and his immediate underlings. But those people are powerless.

They need enforcers, people who will commit violent crimes in support of tyranny and against innocent people.

History will see the enforcers and hold them responsible. There is no escape just because today the spotlight focuses on the “authorities.” The only authority tyrants have is to issue orders to their enforcers.

The only thing that truly matters is what the enforcers do. Or don’t do.

This is the moment when nonviolent noncooperation and freedom can defeat violent brutal tyranny. This is the moment that, if enforcers make the right choice, years or perhaps decades of unnecessary suffering can be avoided.

Without enforcers, or even with just enough division among enforcers to make them a questionable force, tyrants would flee the country that rejected them tomorrow. Or perhaps today.

They would be done.

If you are a mercenary for today’s American tyrants, this is your power, your choice, your responsibility.

Do not fail.

We The People are already in the streets, in ever greater numbers. This is the beginning of the end for this inhumane regime, and perhaps also for the systems that make this kind of regime possible.

Nonviolent noncooperation IS happening and it is a very powerful force. The real question is: how bloody will the end of this tyranny be and what role will the mercenaries play in that violence?
