Strengthening Ties. Expanding Action.
The Saners are looking to grow together and to be a more effective positive influence on the lives of our neighbors, and on people everywhere.
We believe in mutual aid, both material and emotional.
We have been looking to find better ways to communicate, to deepen our ties, to make good things happen. In large part, Indivisible and 5051 have provided much of that opportunity—by organizing public protests and especially in encouraging and supporting the creation of community groups.
But how else? The Saners have looked at creating various online communities, virtual committees and subgroups of activists, and others vehicles for relationship-building.
We have had and will have in the future, online live video chats and other events. We’ve experimented with Discord and other software and social media. The process is ongoing. Currently, we are looking at the Fediverse. And on providing our own custom community through our website.
These efforts continue.
